40 tips for my pursuit of happiness

  • Walk 10 to 30 minutes every day while smiling.


  • Sit quietly for at least 10 minutes every day, isolating yourself if necessary


  • When you get up in the morning, you have to say to yourself right away ... My goal today is ______________.


  • Listening to great music every day is real food for the mind


  • Living with the 3 Es ... Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy.

  • Play more games than last year

  • Read more books than last year


  • Look at the sky at least once a day, see the majesty of the world around us.

  • Have more dreams while awake


  • Eat more foods that come from trees and plants.

  • Eat less food that is industrially manufactured or requiring sacrifice


  • Eat loganberries and walnuts.


  • Drink green tea, lots of water and a glass of wine a day


  • Cheer for something beautiful in life and, if possible, in a good company of your loved one.


  • Try to make at least 3 people laugh every day.


  • Don't waste your precious time on rumors, things from the past, negative thoughts or things out of control. Better invest your energy in the positive of the present.


  • Note that life is a school and we are here to learn.


  • Problems are the teachers that come and go, what we learn from them, will be lifelong.



  • Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.


  • Eliminate clutter from home, car and office, let new energy flow into your life.




  • Smile often and laugh more.


  • Don't miss the opportunity to kiss your loved one.


  • Life is too short to waste time hating someone.


  • Don't take yourself seriously. No one else does


  • Arguing is useless. You have to accept that the other does not agree with you and learn from their arguments


  • Get at peace with your past so as not to ruin your present.


  • Do not compare your life to others. We have no idea how far they've come from in life. Not to mention that the neighbor's grass looks always greener...but you still have to mow it


  • No one other than myself is responsible for my own happiness.


  • Remember that we don't have control over everything that happens to us, but over how we react to it.

  • Learn something new every day.


  • What others might think of us is beyond our control

  • Own your body, own your stuff

  • Work will not take care of us when we are sick. Our friends will do it. Let's stay in touch with them.

  • Reject anything that is not useful, funny or beautiful

  • Envy is a waste of time. We already have everything we need.
